Yesterday I recieved a plastic Norman Infantry set from Conquest Games, I have to say I was surprissed, so thank you Michael! I´m trying different colour schemes but the main idea is paint them as Men of Gondor. I´ll show several patterns, Guards, Dol Amroth, and some other Gondor province warriors. I would like to simplify the shield design too. So this is the first finished Gondorian.

Dalauppror (from http://dalauppror.blogspot.co.uk/) was kind enough to send me the miniature for painting it and for taking some pictures for my blog. It´s the Too Fat Lardies Dux Britanniarum Limited Edition, I arrive late for getting it so I asked somebody who wanted to me for painting it (for free)just because I wanted to paint that miniature. I´ll be painting another two of them, one for another person (I´ll tell his name if he gives me permission) and another one for my own collection.

I have been painting something different the last week. These are the firsts three Kappa of a very promising range from Tengu Models. I’m posting some pictures of the finished models and some WIP pictures of forthcoming Kappa that Iain Colwell from Tengu Models has posted in some Forums. I’ll paint some more Kappa for my own collection for sure, maybe a Warband for some Skirmish ruleset (Fanticide? SAGA? Song of Blades and Heroes?) and I can see them as the Tcho-tcho people for Strange Aeons (I’ll post them on my H.P. Lovacraft-related blog Lost in Carcosa. I’m very happy that Iain sent me these lovely creatures to paint them, Thanks Iain!!
